Ski Passes

The ski passes in the Espace Killy are the by-now usual hands-free cards. The lift pass options are to take only a local pass for the Val d'Isère area or, as the large majority of visitors choose, the whole of the Espace Killy (in other words, Val d'Isère and Tignes). There are also some family tickets which may prove interesting for those with children.

Since the Val d'Isère-only pass is likely to be of interest only to day-trippers with limited time, here is the price for a single day:

Val d'Isère Area Only 2010/2011
  Adults Senior: 65 - 74
Children: 5 - 13
1 day 42.50 34

Otherwise the Espace Killy pass is the best option (and anyway not too great a difference in price):

Espace Killy Pass 2010/2011
  Adults Senior: 65 - 74
Children: 5 - 13
1 day 44.50 36
3 days 117.00 94
4 days 156.00 125
6 days 222,50 178

Children under 5 and seniors over 75 ski free (ID is required).

The family tickets have various options depending on combinations of adults and children. (It should be noted that the family tickets have different definitions of children and a class of 'junior' so it may well be worthwhile for those travelling with older children to give the official price list some careful study!)
